Purchased a king suite. Website did not say anything about adjoining rooms. When i got there the room had a adjoining door and was advised that all suites have adjoining room. I asked to be changed to another room. and they gave me a smaller room, even though i paid for the more expensive. phone did not work, Bed sheets were itchy and tile floor and drawers were dirty. there is constructing happening so very noisy.

The property was under construction. The breakfast was limited as half the space was under refurbishment. A/C was very loud at night and you couldn’t get away with not using it as the room got too humid.

I always stay at this hotel La Quinta I like it because we feel safe here and all the stores, restaurants and family are close by within minutes. The breakfast is always good and most importantly fresh. Most of the staff in thevfrontbdesk are very respectful. But on this visit the girl/lady in the front desk was a little rude she didn't explain the correct way how she needed an additional credit card to charge any damages that we would do the room. And when i walked in the floor was very damp she didn't believe and said she had to go look. I asked if i could get a different room because my mom uses a walker and another gentleman that came in at 3 was willing to help but she stopped him and said No i told her then you have to do something because i don't want my mom falling. So then they mopped and put a hummidifer in the room.

My bed had a piece of a blunt with Marijuana in it and one of the staff members went to the room and saw it and smelled it and agreed it was marijuana. Also all sheets had not been changed as we had stains on the other bed the employee also agreed they needed to be changed and gave us sheets but made us change them. I also had to report the a/c twice before they fixed it so the fact that we found drugs in our room and had no working air for one night was unacceptable and dangerous because I had my three kids with me I hope I get a response and something is done about this I was very patient and kept my composure.

No working phone in room, had to ask everyday for a third towel for our 3 person party, since they only left 2 in room. Floors were not cleaned daily and by end of 3 day stay they were dirty. No lights in hall downstairs by elevator . Washer and dryer was broken limiting to only 1 working unit.

Overall a great stay. The Hotel was clean and comfortable bed and pillows.
The only thing i didn't like was the small sink!
We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a mix tex mex foods. I liked the fresh cook eggs and the tamales too.

It was amazing stay. Room was clean and comfortable. It jas has Dove soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner which is an added plus. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was courteous and professional.
