This hotel was perfectly adequate for our cross-country trip. It is in a slightly lower rent area, but the hotel itself was very well kept and safe. The laundry facilities were very clean and Camille (the bartender) was so very friendly and helpful.

Sherell, was very attentive and listened to my complaint about the coffe machine being broken at breakfast and assured me she would notify staff of problem. The only concern i had (that i did not bring attention to) was condensation in window, it seemed to be a lot! I was in room 406. I took a cideo but cant upload it here

The room was fine. The presidential pizza place was awful. The hotel likes to play up their complementary room delivery service... but it wasn't great. They seemed nice enough on the phone, but they forgot the drinks we ordered when they delivered the food. When we asked the guy about the drinks he barked at us while walking away to call them back about it. So I called them back, they answered, I explained the issue... silence.... silence... "hello"? silence... then finally a new person came on and said "your drinks will be right up". Knock at the door a few minutes later. Drinks on the floor, guy walking away again. We got three room temperature bottles of soda. Oh, and for two orders of cheesecake, we were given a single plastic spoon and knife.

Great service, check in was quick. Hotel is in good and clean condition. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very nice. Clean and beds were comfortable. Very nicely ce for the price. Went to a concert at Simmons Bank arena. So pretty close to venue. Hotel just in a kinda weird place off the interstate. But would stay again.

Our over night stay for a concert was amazing. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable our check in was so fast and eaay everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying again if in the area

It was nice. Rooms look good. The personal pizza we purchased was not very good and only 4 pepperonis on it. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Was a very good spot right on the edge of downtown Little Rock. Easy to get in and out, place is well taken care of, breakfast was just fine. Will look at this spot for future Little Rock endeavors.

Monica was very unprofessional. She did not greet me when I walked up, and she stared me down until I told her I had a reservation. Monica also assumed I would decline the credit card before I could even decline it. Monica was also playing loud videos shouting obscenities at the front desk. I asked her to switch my room that had a weird smell, loud ac unit, and loud drink machine on the floor, because my daughter and I have sensory issues.
Monica told me my room was unsellable because my daughter used the restroom. We were not even in the room more than 5 minutes. The floor had stains in the carpet. The bed was not comfortable. None of the staff was personable, even the next shift. I do not feel like you actually care about customer satisfaction with a staff like the ones I encountered.

Parking was tight. We had a U-Haul trailer and not a lot of options onsite at the time we arrived (late at night).
Allowed pets but not a lot of area to take them to do their business. It was right near the freeway and the fast moving vehicles scary for our small dogs. I wouldn’t recommend if either apply to you. Otherwise clean and comfortable!

I've been booking this hotel for the pass 5 months and never has an issue. Staff are very friendly.

My husband and I loved the pool on the 3rd floor. Very nice and clean. All around very clean hotel. Breakfast was okay, but normal for Hotel included breakfast. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable and shower pressure was nice. They were nice to our doggy too.
