Bad smell in room from AC. And the AC was very noisy keeping us up at night. Horrible mattress; hard and old. Toilet seat like you’d find in a public restroom. Old furnishings. Thick nauseating smell of cinnamon spray probably to mask other odor.
Kitchen area was nice and updated. Ample closet space.

Stay was ok overall. Only 1 small trash-barrel in bathroom. Could use a larger one for convenience. No ironing board in room just iron. Shower head was not adjustable so it only was coming out to the right side of shower.

Our initial room had a terrible odor, TV didn't work, no coffee or pot and floor boards were loose in bathroom. The staff was great and put us in another room. This room was perfect and none of the above issues were there.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room had everything we need.And when we had an issue, they were extremely responsive. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze and a delight.

We left about 30 minutes after checking into the room because we saw several bugs running across the floor and we didn’t even want to think about how many bugs there would be when we turned the lights off!

Most comfortable and quiet place I’ve stayed in a very long time! It was extremely nice to run down the street to the Grocery Store and get some fresh food and cook it myself in the full kitchen!

Generally when I don't have something good to say, I say nothing. In this case, travelers need to know that there is a significant downside to staffing cuts. This property only has a staff member at the front desk 8 am to 8 pm. I had an issue in the room after 8 pm. Called the two different "emergency" numbers provided without any response. Was a very uncomfortable nite as a result.
