Dirty room

It was a first goodnight besides having to switch rooms cause there was piss all over the bed in the first room and then the second morning was super hectic over 20 police came and ended up shooting a guy staying in the hotel scared me and my girlfriend we heard the gunshots and got so scared my girlfriend wouldn’t leave the room after that ruined are evening plans

We found the room very clean and the bed comfortable. Motel clerk was very friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult due to being on a steep slop.

The air did not work in the room and the temp in the room was 79 degrees. We had to open the window, which had no screen and the crank was missing. We had to borrow pliers from maintenance and sleep with open window, with lights from entrance and noise from street.

Other than being woken up at midnight by some emergency service people attending to an issue in another room, i had a comfortable stay. The clerk that checked me in was extremely helpful. The room was clean and pretty comfy. The Only tricky thing is that the parking lot is on a steep hill so you have to stop at the entrance to unload, then go park- unless you want to huff your bags up the hill.

Room was fresh and clean. Bed was comfy. Shower water pressure was good. Room had a micro and frig. Generally quiet. Lots of dining options and necessity shopping nearby. Back door was broken and left slightly open so anyone could enter motel though

For example, what time does Outlet Mall close, or ways to get around, other than driving your own vehicle. They couldn’t answer these or even provide #’s for services. There parking lot sucks, all at a steep slope.

Totally a good experience!

Clean, with friendly staff. Could use another person at the desk as people waited to check in while clerk had a chatty customer on the phone. Pet-friendly but no pet area for " relief" except parking lot(with doggie bags provided);hard to exit parking lot due to min street traffic.

The room smelled like urine and they didn’t have air conditioning room was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep in

There were way too many pets on the property with the accompanying odor. Our room was fine, but the elevators were stinky.

Price was right for the room. Noisy, heat/air do not work. Taking face flannels to front desk each day to exchange, was a new experience. No coffee maker. Started out with a lock on first door that would not open, broken sink in second one, and we had to ask on 4th day again to have room serviced during our one week stay. Stayed because LC is expensive and rooms short.

Lots of parking but kinda crazy sloped lot. Nice staff. Questionable people around. Great area in Lincoln city and close to the beach.

There was hair on unused bedding and towels. The bathroom fan was non functional there for the smoke alarm which was placed right outside the bathroom went off repeatedly. We were asked to put a fan in our window so the smoke alarm would not keep going off. The vending machines only took cash so being a person who uses a card we would have to leave , simply for water. When voiceing concerns upon check out the desk attendant was rude and only offered my receipt. Mind you this is when finally at 5:30 am I packed myself and my two kids up to leave. None of us slept more than three hours due to all the noise stated and the noise inside the building. Upon leaving and complaining to cooperate they only refunded me 60.00 of our stay. We had to leave for home in the morning cutting our visit short due to the fact that my kids were so tired from the horrible night that they had no energy to continue the trip. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL IF YOU WANT SLEEP

The entire HVAC system is not working And has not been working for days (the staff told me) Too hot in the room. I was not told only after checking in and pointing out that the AC does not work. Apparently it is my fault that I didn’t know this, the staff says it is on the website which it IS NOT. No signage denoting this, no statement on checking in.

Fire alarm went off at 2:30 AM very UNORGANIZED. Staff were telling guests to go back to their room someone had pulled it and it was a hoax. that was incorrect there was a fire on floor to air conditioner caught fire. More training for staff is needed for emergency situations.
