The room was clean but definitly showed its age. For the price I paid it was in my opinion 60% higher than it should have been.

Very polite front desk personnel.
Breakfast was yummy and theybwere able to get us in at last minute after other hotel overbooked and we had to scramble to finda place that accepts dog.

When we first entered the room it had a strong mildew smell.
Also, you advertise pet friendly and then want $35 more for having a pet.
So, it costs $285 for one night!

Unfortunately, I accidentally reserved a handicap accessible room, that was my mistake. it was fine at first when we got there, the A/C was freezing cold & the beds/pillows were comfortable. the next morning we noticed that there was mold in the shower area. We notified the front desk & they were accommodated us another room, however these beds/pillows weren’t as comfortable & the A/C didn’t cool the room as well as the first room.

Room 302 had issues in tub-shower with faucet controls. The heavy Hot-cold water handle fell off in the shower and hit my foot. Then the temp of water couldn’t be controlled. When I tried to stop the shower flow by using the lever on the water spigot, it pulled out of the wall. This made for a cold & uncomfortable shower. I reported this to the front desk - it’s unbelievable that housekeeping hasn’t previously reported the tub damage because it didn’t appear newly damaged.

This hotel was horrible. It was super overpriced and dirty. We found dirty clothes in the rooms and mold growing in the freezer/fridges I would never stay here or recommend it

Our hotel room and check in process was just fine; the free breakfast is always a plus. However, the day we went the pool was out of service so that kind of took away from our experience; we were looking forward to enjoying the pool since it was so hot outside. Also, I’m not sure if there was a construction site there or what, but there were a lot of trucks like for construction going in and out of the parking lot, we could hear all the noise from it from our room. But it was one of the cheaper hotels so I guess you get what you pay for.

when we got to hotel to check in pool and spa not working parking lot full construction company vehicles , sign a desk stating pool not working . we cancel our stay staff was mad about canceling stated we have to give 24 hour notice we stated to staff we only wanted to cacal because hotel was not what it showd on hotel.com site , we could not reach anyone at hotels.com much less the ownership of this bad hotel . they also charged my card even though we did not stay .we will never use this site . to bbook ever again this was our 47 wedding anniversary and we took our 16 yr grandaughter and friend we booked two rooms ,thank god we got much better hotel for our stay ,now fighting credit card company on charges to card when we never stay there
