Our stay at this Fairfield was a one night passing through stay on our way home from Disney.
The lobby was nice and clean.
Our room was a different story.
It wasnt the most terrible room I've ever stayed in, but far from the nicest.
Upon entering the room (201) it was musty smelling. The carpet was very worn. The closet doors were broke and the frame around it was hanging off. The whole place was dusty like it had not been used or cleaned in awhile.
The bathroom was not clean . There was pee on the toilet seat and on the floor .
Water damage under the sink to the tile.
Everything was very outdated as well.
This room was at the end of a hall . We could hear people walking throughout the night . Also the air conditioner made a very high pitch squeaking when it kicked on.
The only reason for giving it a 2 star was the beds were comfortable and the sheets and bedding appeared to be clean . We really were just needing a bed for the night so we could continue driving the next morning otherwise i would have contacted the front desk to see if there was a better room if it had been a longer stay .

This property is conveniently located off I-75. Nicely decorated in bright colors which make you feel happy. Breakfast was very good and so was the coffee. Amenities are on the wall in the shower, but like all lodging going this direction for amenities—you need to take into consideration bath takers as amenities are impossible to reach when sitting in a tub. This was a very nice place with a wonderful, comfy bed that you wish you could take home with you!!!

The convenience of this Hotel was good though the area itself appeared a bit sketchy. The biggest complaint we had is the TV was not watchable. There were 52 channels on the Guide, 12 of which had actual programming and due to pixelation and blurred picture only 3 or 4 were actually watchable. These also experienced issues but at a lesser degree. The staff was extremely unhelpful regarding this issue.

The air conditioning did not cool the room well. Also, there was a high pitched noise coming from the air conditioning unit all night that was very loud. We didn’t get much sleep. There were a lot of gnats flying around the breakfast area.
