Just didn’t like the mattress, seemed like an older spring type with a thin mattress pad on top

It was the perfect half-way point for our longer trip to Albuquerque. Free breakfast was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed the hotels proximity to Jones Stadium so that we could walk to and from the game. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure at the sink was laughable. You had to move your hands around to catch the few water droplets as they fell. The lock was stiff. Once you swiped your key, you had to push very hard to get the door to open. The breakfast bar was OK. Good selection. This hotel was remodeled fairly recently, I believe. It does look very modern and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful & went out of her way to get answers for me about the brand of beds. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was clean. The only problems were some crumbled grout in part of the bathroom floor & the sink enamel needed some repair. It was very quiet & comfortable.

Great gym and breakfast options and clean rooms! Had an issue with our door not locking and Jasmine at the front desk addressed it immediately and had us in a new room w/in 5 minutes. Thank you!

Newer property. Spacious suite for 3 adults plus a dog. Quiet. Staff was warm and welcoming.

There were not any employees anywhere. When we came in the lobby we had to wait literally 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to greet and check us in. The room was clean, however there was not a hair dryer. When we came back to the hotel in the evening there was not a single staff member anywhere. There were 2 guests standing around wondering what to do because they wanted to purchase snacks. I also wanted to get a glass of wine but there was no one anywhere again. Usually there are complimentary water bottles on the front desk but there were not any last night. This hotel could have been better staffed/prepared considering it is TTU move in weekend.

Nice well updated and decorated hotel. Staff was fantastic - especially General Manager Patrick Goad. He helped make our stay a great experience. We will stay here again.

B was wonderful when I checked in & breakfast area was kept clean. All was great except our bathroom floors needed some attention.

The room is a really good value for the money. The location is excellent. Jasmine was professional and friendly.

We booked a double queen while driving up to Lubbock. It was orientation weekend and we got the last room at a good price. It was clean and relatively quiet for a hotel next to the highway. Skip the breakfast. Only one staff memeber when we arrived. She was doing double duty at the bar and the reception desk. She was fine all things considered.
