Good location to get into Lille centre easily. However, extremely dated facility, particularly the bedrooms. Small beds, damp patches, hooks hanging off walls. Perfect for a lads weekend, would not recommend for families or couples - not unless you want a divorce 😀

The location is in the middle of nowhere. Near a subway rail. That was quite loud in my opinion. The receptionist deserves a compliment though. She was very friendly, and she spoke English. I was quite pleased with that because my French is terrible.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room and bed, onsite parking was a bonus, even if you gave to pay. Hotel was out from the city but the nearby Metro was very convenient.

When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

The rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean. They were in a separate block from the reception and dining facilities. The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. There was a wide range of food at breakfast but the hot food was not kept adequately supplied. All in all, satisfactory.

Good value for money, convenient location next to the motorway, secure locked car park. We arrived late and the reception was closed but the security guard was very helpful and got us to the room.

The staff speaks a little bit english and really tries to communicate with me, which is a plus point! the hotel is more like a motel but food was great and room is well equipped.

A basic hotel with safe parking, close to the metro needed if going into the city centre. Didn’t realise I had to pay €8 to park but not much choice if you didn’t want to park. The room was basic it did have a kettle and tea and coffee, the room could have done with a better clean. Lots of cobwebs in the corners and above the wardrobe, would stay here again if was in the area.

There is a metro station (CHR Oscar Lambert) a few minutes' walk from the hotel, with trains every few minutes, taking only 10 minutes or so to get into the centre of Lille. There is also a bus service (number 10) that departs from outside the metro station, taking around 40 minutes to get into Lille. The hotel itself is a motel-style layout, and once you've collected your room key from reception you can access your room without needing to use the reception. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but fairly basic, with a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are modern and spacious, but the bath in my particular room was very small. The main reception building has a bar and restaurant and the hotel is situated in its own grounds with a grassed area and car park.
