The ceiling was leaking water in the communal area. Did not have first aid kit

My daughter and I enjoyed the pool.

Overall ok, staff was friendly,surroundings were good a lot of small restaurants good food didnt like the price at arrival ,taxes and some other nonsense fee ended up paying more than price online showed upon reservation ,plus vehicle parking is extra charge as well I wouldn't go again there.

The room was fine. The bathroom setup was strange. Standing shower for wheelchair access and all. The problem was, taking a shower was hard because shower head points directly towards the shower curtains no matter how you adjust it. Then when you get out there is a river of a puddle on the bathroom floor. Final night there was a cricket in the room, I know not the hotels fault just worth mentioning. As for the on site restaurant. It was subpar. The menu makes everything sound good but was all just meh. Not much to speak on actually. In room coffee machine was dirty and the coffee tasted like dirt, but most hotels in room machines seem to be that way. Safe was all very friendly except when we checked in. The guy at the desk seemed to treat us like we didn't belong there and was a bit rude. Checking out staff were much nicer. Housekeeping and room service staff were excellent. Probably wouldn't stay there again though. Too much of an inconvenience.

Their hotel charged me $84 to watch a movie without my knowledge. This was the first time I knew that there was a charge for watching TV in a hotel. The charge was so high, and there was no obvious charge reminder at all. The experience was very bad. I was quite satisfied with everything else. I hope the hotel can correct it, otherwise it will lose more customers.
