The front desk agent asked me for proof that my pet was in fact a service animal. I had no issue with that l, however I later found out that, that is not legal. From our understanding she was not supposed to ask for proof, even though we did in fact have it

The hotel was in a nice location and the rooms were really clean. The reception ladies were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel, stayed one night before a cruise. They do offer cruise for a fee but you must find your own transportation to the terminal.

Had pre-payed through Expedia and was charged again at check in, receptionist couldn’t explain to why she charged me. Had to wait for next employee shift to be able to get a refund which I had to beg, manager explained they couldn’t get Expedia’s card number to charge (never heard of this used Expedia plenty of times without issue), finally was able to get a refund. Place was clean, but had that charge issue. Ask, Ask, Ask what the charges are for.

In the morning, the breakfast staff was rude to my 11 year old. The milk cartons were soured and the coffee was empty. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:30-9:30, we arrived at 8:30. I would not recommend, nor will I stay there again.

The security guard Byron Martinez was rude and un accommodating. I left a review of his behavior on expedia and will email to holiday inn branch corporate.
I will also refrain for booking a holiday inn/ or inn express again

The hotel location was in a unsafe area there was abandon buildings and Graffiti everywhere... the room was not clean there was something on the wall that looked Disgusting and there was stains on the covers there was a strange smell in the elevators
