Nice little motel on the way to Provincetown... Not to new environment, but good outdoor opportunities, pool available and parking in front of the room

My best stay at any hotel/motel in the outer cape yet! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, the room is updates, very clean, and spacious. We had trouble figuring out the hot water on the shower and the owner himself came over to our room immediately. The staff and service was 10/10. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were also both very nice - much nicer than other hotels in the area! I will definitely stay here again. Also, Harrigan's Cafe, the breakfast cafe available at the hotel, was phenomenal! Some of the best breakfast I've had on the outer cape. Outstanding service there as well. Nothing negative to say - highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay! Check in/out was easy. Room was very clean, no smells, extra towels were provided when asked. Pool was nice and clean as well. Housekeeping came by daily, though we did not utilize them during our stay. The cafe next door was very convenient and good. No complaints. Would stay again.

My wife and I have been celebrating her birthday and staying there at the end of August for years and this was our best yet. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it couldn't have been nicer. Staff and services were great along with a good breakfast as always. We will be back next year.

Beautiful property in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised by the two pools, the plentiful towels and the comfy, recently updated rooms. Staff were kind and helpful and even helped me retrieve a couple items I accidentally left behind, which I picked up after checkout. Definitely coming back!

The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Seriously. The staff and service - top notch. Friendly and welcoming. This is our second stay and there is no question that we will be coming back.
