This property is located in a spectacular location. It’s the only hotel facing Mont St. Michel, the view from our room was beautiful. It’s a true shame that the property is kept in those conditions. The staff has zero knowledge of what good customer service is.

Best location for visiting Mt St-Michel. View of the abbey from the hotel’s restaurant. Spacious room, clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only complaint we had is the terrible lighting in the room - three meager lamps that left the room gloomy. Also, for a hotel of this caliber and so many English speaking guests, the hotel could offer an English tv channel.

The staff provided the best service I have ever had at a hotel. After I mistakenly paid for a room with a queen bed rather than the double twin beds intended, the staff changed the accommodations so I could keep the room's view... all in a politely, friendly manner with perfect English.

Relais St-Michel has the major advantage of being the only property with view on the Mont-St-Michel. The restaurant staff was lovely, the room was very comfortable. Main area for improvement: the carpet in the common areas, and the hallways in general are really dirty and need a serious clean up. All in all, highly recommended for a stay in Mont-St-Michel!

Room with a view! Lovely big room with an amazing view of Le Mont St Michel through a picture window. Enjoyed our room's outdoor patio immensely. Food in the hotel's restauraunt was delicious.

Absolutely the best place to stay if visiting Mont St Michel. The view from the room was stunning, from the restaurant even better. The bus and walking board walk was right outside. Cannot fault the hotel at all.

Hotel is little tired. But still good.
Exceptional location.
Good diner, but its not changed day to day, so if you stay several days - you will eat same each time
but at same time - good thing that cider/vine and hot drink included in dinner, not typical and pleasant

The lobby was full of dead flies and extremely dirty. No cleaning of the room during our stay. Ther was ha intense smell in the room and no air conditioning

View was wonderful, but the room itself was bad. We had issues opening the curtain, there was no toilet paper, and there were no towels. We had to ask for both. The door didn’t close properly.

Definitely recommend this hotel!!! There is a village of hotels and ONLY this hotel has the view of Mont Saint Michel from the rooms or the restaurant. Rest of the hotels in the same property are the opposite side of MSM so this hotel blocks the view from everyone else. Staff were nice, restaurant served acceptable food, rooms were spacious and clean. Price was reasonable too. Hands down recommend everyone to come here.
