Great family room! Lots of space a good beds. While the staff was very nice, I wish they would have let me know where the free parking was before I paid. Not a big deal. The location is great! Operetta house is just around the corner from the main hotel.

Convenient location, easy to find and walk around. Super close to the beach. Beautiful view of the church from the balcony. Amazingly friendly staff. When coming back to Larnaca, we will stay here again!

Hotel entrance was terrible, dark no lights on, garbage bags everywhere. The room was dirty surely not cleaned before our check in and on top of all a cockroach was walking around the room all night long

Very good location, close to everything, bed was very comfortable. The music from the nearby cafe was a bit loud in the evening at the weekend but it did stop completely just after midnight.

Excellent location. Shame about the church bells at 6am on three days of the week. My wife was bitten by insects on two separate evenings in bed, so more thorough spraying of the room was needed. Staff were very helpful. Needed more heat on colder nights.

Great location; lovely place; staff helped with bus tickets, taxis, and bus tours (free for most tours if booked through the hotel); I hesitate to give a 5-star rating because I don't want too many people to discover this gem! This was my second stay here and I will be coming back.

I think this is the best spot in Larnaca in winter time, and has a nice view and a lot of cafes and restaurants near by , highly recommend very friendly hosts

This was a perfect hotel for us. We stayed in room number 1, which had a huge king size bed for us and a double sofa bed for the kids. It has a little kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave which we didn't use as we were minutes walk away from restaurants bars and cafes. There were drinks and snacks in the reception to help yourself to. The location was fantastic, St Lazarus Square is so pretty and very handy for shops, beach, restaurants etc. The free parking was a huge bonus. Can't recommend this place highly enough, we will be going back to stay again

Arrived 2 hours early , not a problem shown straight to our room. Very spacious and very clean, cyprus Easter weekend so a little noisey later on that evening with guests returning but no big deal, very happy to return again as very good value.

The hotel is smartly located right right next to St. Lazarus Cathedral, the most beautiful structure in town. Our room was pretty spacious and had a kitchenette and a balcony. The balcony offered great views of the cathedral, which got nicely lit up at night. The room had a wall AC/heating unit, which came handy during chilly winter nights. The kitchenette was equipped with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The dishes and cooking utensils were also provided. WIFI was included in price and worked well. Cable TV offered a few channels in English, among others. The bed was comfortable, with additional pillows and blankets stored in the closet. The bathroom supplies included soaps, shampoos, and slippers. The shower had a good water pressure. The hotel is located on the third floor of an elevator building. The reception/check in desk is located in the Opera Hotel across the street. So, go to Opera Hotel first, get checked in, and you will be escorted to your room in Operetta House. You can also use Opera Hotel's parking lot for your car. Parking is free. There is no set breakfast time, but there is a choice of complimentary cakes, cookies, coffee, and tea available at the reception area at all times. In the morning they add some cereal and a variety of breakfast rolls. Both hotels, Opera and Operetta House, are very clean, reception personnel is helpful an polite. Spacious, clean, luxurious en-suite room with large balcony. It truly is an experience to be so close to the Church of Saint Lazarus. Everything necessary is provided. Smart supermarket is minutes away and the 425 bus to the airport stops just outside the reception. Lovely staff, great hotel.

This is the ideal place to stay if you want to be close to everything but still have peace! We stayed during the Carnival where it was buzzing on the promenade and then 3 mins walk to the hotel and you couldn't hear any of it. Suite 4 has a beautiful view of the whole square! Definitely will stay again.
