Staff not answering the phone several times while I was trying to locate the hotel. Had to stop and ask at stranger where hotel was located.
Checkout person had difficulty in printing out a receipt. Said she was new, and she would email me one, but that never happened.
I will can the hotel tomorrow and have them email me one if they can.
