The hotel was fine. It was clean. The price was good but I was amazed I had to pay for parking. That charge eliminated the good deal. There was no indication on the description that you had to pay for parking. Very deceptive!

Well kept but well worn property conveniently located with friendly staff.

We stayed at The Hampton Inn & Suites as a family. We were there for a baseball tournament. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have a hot breakfast but the items I tried (sausage patties and bagels) were not very tasty. It was fine for my husband and son. My only other complaint is that the air conditioner was really loud, even with my earplugs in. That all being said, it was clean and safe and I would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom and the room looks a bit dated so would have been good if the prices were in accordance but i felt the price to be high for 260 And additional pet fee of 75 dollars for stay (for people who stay with pet for 4 or more it works out well).

Check in was great, room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with an above average variety to choose from, then we were gone.

While we were not underneath the roof repair & our window looked out to the parking lot, we did request a first floor room which we had. Biggest drawback to our room was the bathroom door was on a self closing hinge with a VERY loud fan that came on each time the light was turned on. Made it difficult to negotiate the room door & bathroom door. And no night light for the bathroom. Very nice place other than the door issue, close to downtown Truckee & I-80
