Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything.

Property quite run down . Room draughty and drab ,peeling wallpaper, noisy neighbours, loud arguing during the night .

The best motel in town if you don't have a car, and if you do have a car, parking is all good too. Easy walk from the interstate bus stop, close to excellent inner city standard coffee shops, friendly easy-going management, even Netflix. Shopping is great in Merimbula, they do have Aldis. That matters. Better shopping than I have in the inner city. That is for everyday essentials. And of course, Merimbula has it all, if not, the area has it all if you have a car.

I loved that I was contacted by mobile and told my room number prior to arrival . Had prepaid so didn’t even need to enter reception
