Just a hotel. Clean. Not dangerous. Smelly though, on the entire 3rd floor. That's not great. But not bad inside the room.

They kept my $120 deposit because they said that it smelled like smoking in the room I was outside smoking constantly I didn't smoke in the room and it was just deployed it ripped me off

Well actually I had a really bad time I didn't get a wink of rest and you guys were supposed to refund me some money and he never done it yet I called twice I've been on the phone for over 2 hours with you guys wasting my time and still nothing

Not so good. Would not allow me to pay with my husbands card once we got there because I reserved room in my name. My husband was right there with me and told the clerk we needed to use his card instead of mine. My husband got very upset over this and we were asked to leave even though I was told earlier we could use his card if he was present

Room Smelled bad/odd when first entered. Got use to it. Got my sleep and back on the road.

On our way through this was an easy option. Not far off the highway, close to Costco to fill up the tank, and easy to find food. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

The staff were great. The room was not super clean, especially the floor. The TV, microwave, coffee pot and lights were all on a power strip that was hanging from the plugs. This was both a fire hazard and the TV kept turning off because it couldn't stay plugged in. Fortunately, I didn't really spend much time in the room.
I want to repeat that the staff were great. Gave me a couple extra pillows - when I arrived there were two tiny pillows, about 12"x12", which was ridiculous.

Hot tub was dirty. King size bed had 3 small pillows. Door wouldn't shut and lock from the outside. Could lock from inside, but when left the room it was unlocked the whole time.
Breakfast was cereal and waffles. Slide to pool did not open on time. 45 minutes late. Very dispointed and no discount was offered. Will not be staying there again.

I brought the above items to the attention of the front office and they said they appreciated knowing as they wouldn’t have known otherwise. So they seemed genuinely interested in knowing and looking to make it right.

The water slide was an amazing perk of staying here, especially since we were on a road trip. My kids really enjoyed it after being in the car for 8 hours. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff was nice.

Don't pay extra to stay here instead of other nearby hotels because of "breakfast" like I did. It's not worth it. Boiled eggs, vanilla, bread, english muffins, waffles you make yourself, cereal, milk, 2 flavors of yoghurt, and green apples. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or potatoes of any kind. There was a hidden $30 non-refundable pet deposit that was not mentioned until I arrived.

I didn’t even want to take my shoes off the rugs in the room were filthy. When I turn on the AC it smelled they mold / mildew. Bed was pretty uncomfortable.
