This is my preferred hotel whenever I’m in the area. The sheets are fresh and clean. The welcoming customer service from the management and staff is great. I’ve stayed here 3x and counting.

The last day of our stay, we were woken up at 7:30am by manager, saying, "House keeping!" and she attempted to open our door. I closed it and said, "why are you waking us up so early?"
The water pressure was strong, however, the shower did not drain well.

Hotel Staff was very helpful and nice. Area was nice. A bit noisy from Hwy 20 traffic but that is to be expected. Close to stores and restaurants. Clean rooms.

After a drive around Clearlake I found Lake Point Lodge…& I’m so glad I did! It was super clean, well maintained, the kindest warmest staff and I felt super safe as a solo female traveler. Way different feel than the sketchier areas around the lake. I’d HIGHLY recommend Lake Point Lodge to anyone!

Service at our late checkin was very accomodating. Truly appreciated the effortsafyer a long day of travel. Airconditioning worked very good. Only drawback was direction for use of the TV. Definitely not a deterent, maybe a suggestion for a more fluid stay. While we didn't request service for our 2 night stay it was provided and appreciated.once the pool is up and running and breakfast service provided once again this would be a perfect place to stY while we visit our son and family.

Vick at the front desk is so friendly and kind. He was very understanding and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will book a room there again for our family trips. Both kid and pet friendly. Our room was clean and very tidy. It was nice being within walking distance of three of our fav restaurants!
