It was pretty dirty and the pillows was horrible. There was loud noises and I made a complaint and she just told me that they are kids and to basically deal with it. I barely got sleep for my last two nights.

Rooms updated but still showed signs of older hotel with windows not locking and broken, rust in bathtub, stopper missing in sink and walls show wetness had been an issue at one time still. Paint was splattered on bathroom door. Security lock at door felt a little uncertain. Comfortable room and atmosphere, just being solo did not feel fully safe. Price was reasonable.

First room we had I was sitting on the bed and started getting bit by bed bugs. I had to take them down in a cup to get another room. Not to mention the cost of treating our belongings

The man at front desk when we checked in was awesome. Super nice and helpful.
The negatives were…the hot tub was not working and security latch on our room door was broken off. The room rates more than doubled because it was Tech football weekend which I did not know. $250.00 is way too much for a super 8 room.

This hotel is a fine hotel to stay at when travelling around the Southwest. The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally kind, informative, and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

We stay here for one night and when we got our room it was just filthy and dirty. Very unsanitary and uncomfortable I couldn’t even believe it! The lazy staff was never there when they said that they were there. In the room itself the floor was filthy, tv/remote doesn’t work, AC sucks, and the bedding stained. The biggest issue was the elevator it was very unsafe and dirty it kept on squeaking and shaking each time we used it and there no other alternative way to get to the room. When I called to speak with the manager he was dismissive,rude, and a liar. He didn’t want to help at all and kept saying that I said that I was happy with my stay when he never spoke to me at all.

The bed sheets were very wrinkled and bottom sheet not all the way on. Looked like they were not changed since the last guest. After sleeping in the bed for my 3 day stay, the sheets on the other queen size bed that was not slept in looked the same.

Furnishings were sparse and worn.

Our stay would have been great if housekeeping had cleaned the shower properly. Since the mold in the tub corners was heavily black...I'm positive it hadn't been cleaned or sanitized recently.
