The location of the hotel was great - very central and easy to get to. There was a christmas market right outside the entrance, as well as being super close to the main Christmas market. Lovely place. Would definitely return.

Very nice, beautiful hotel. Located on a nice square near to everything. Very good breakfast with a big variety. Nice with wood on the floor in the room. The bed was a little bit small, but very good pillows.
The bar area was not so cozy.

Front desk was very helpful. Hotel is located on a large plaza near Frauenkirke and about a 30 minute walk from the train station. Info office is located in the basement of building directly across from the hotel. Elbe is a short walk away and parking for the hotel is in the garage below the hotel.

My visit was wonderful. From the moment I approached the reception desk to the moment I left. The staff was wonderful, competent and very helpful. I had the weekend breakfast, and it was the best breakfast I had during my 28 day stay in Germany.
