Great location but definitely be prepared to walk over a mile to the Altstadt and Konigsallee areas. Direct on the Rhein was great.

My favorite thing about this hotel was how quiet the room was! I always have to wear earplugs in hotels, but not here. That made me so happy. Also, it's conveniently located near the center with restaurants. Helpful staff.

The room stunk of smoke which was pretty vile. The staff were nice. The hotel had a good location.

It was wonderful, Lawang and his colleagues were amazing the only issue with this hotel is that it's so beautiful but extremely boring at the bar area.
The breakfast was amazing! Humberto and his colleagues served us very well.
Please something need to be done about the bar area, i advice a happy hour or some sort of social network creativity

It was wonderful, Lawang and his colleagues were amazing the only issue with this hotel is that it's so beautiful but extremely boring at the bar area.

Wonderful access to restaurants and cafes downstairs so didn't need breakfast. The Haribo welcome service delighted the children and the adults! The room was a little dated and I would prefer a shower blind/curtain to shower in privacy when sharing the room. Coffee service in the room is great!
