When we arrived the outside and parking lot had old, broken outdoor furniture and trash in parking lot. There were many people standing around and hanging out in cars. It appeared very unkempt and unsafe.
When we went into lobby there were 2 to 3 people who were administering a migrant program. The man who was to check us in was behind a glass partition area in the corner. It appeared that having guests at the hotel was a secondary business in the building. My husband and I felt the situation looked too unsafe to stay the night and left. I have used Hotels.com and have stayed at Red Roof Inn, multiple times. It is clear after this experience that the quality controls for selecting hotels is not in place. I will not use your services again

Never stayed, walked in so called lobby was a lady checking in migrants and I don’t have a problem with housing the migrants.How ever the security guard sitting in his chair falling a sleep was not comforting and it was filthy. Don’t know why but but checked in to see room. Opened door to 102 to see cockroaches scattering everywhere. The floors are all buckled. Closed the door and never went in. This hotel is horrible.

The Red Roof Plus Inn is either homeless or DSS housing split with some Motel rooms. Guards at the front door with, what I would guess is, a DSS social worker. Other guards in the hallways. This is not a motel anymore

I needed a place to get some much needed rest and a hot shower. I was thankful that they allowed me to bring my dog in this emergency situation. I was without air electricity in my new apartment and it wouldn't be turned on 'till the following day. However, I was a little uncomfortable with the young people loidering in the parking lot smoking something. Also there was trash bins overflowing on the side of the building and trash thrown all over the parking area.

The hallways smelled soo bad made me nauseous. Had to get a new key was locked out on second night. Also the door did not full close on its own had to pull close. Saw a huge roach like bug crawling behind tv stand. Very out dated for a PLUS+. Outside the hotel the smell of garbage was also so bad, probably cause there dumper area looked like it was right by the main entrance, talk about bad location. WAY too expensive for the quality of stay was not worth it, ive stayed and cheaper ones before and they were updated. But the smells were just unbareable.

I don’t like to complain. But, this was so bad, my son and I contemplated sleeping in the car or just driving the 3 hours home. It was just supposed to be a place to crash, but next time I’ll spend the extra $$ on a better place. There were random people lingering around the property. The place was very dirty from the inside and outside. It was one of the worst hotel stays i have ever had. The ceiling was dirty and looked like it needed repairs from previous leaks, the bathroom had dirty walls, everything felt so dirty. There was also a roach in our room. I am not usually the type to complain or leave bad reviews but this was just so awful and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The staff was great enough to change our room but the conditions werent any better.

It was easy to check in. The room was spacious and clean.
The bed was not good. The mattress was old and felt like we were sinking in the middle.
We could hear guests in the other room taking a shower, the vent in the bathroom was really loud.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The beds, floors, snd bed skirts are clearly never cleaned. Even the light switches and walls were disgusting. The ceilings were falling in and nasty. Spend $50 and get a nicer room: highly do not recommend!

Its sort of a low end accomodation but yes clean microware wifi refridgerator. The high end hampton inn shares the same parking lot but Its worth the 40 dollar/night savings (possibly more)

Let's just say, I would not be going back to this Inn. The is certainly not a Plus Inn, however, the room was clean and spacious. Cleaning lady barely spoke English, but she tried and was helpful. I truly expected better accommodation for the money I paid.
