The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (private double) had fantastic views. It felt safe in the area. The walk to the station was not that bad (even for someone carrying a 20kg backpack). A short walk and you were at some great waterfront restaurants. It was also located in a relatively quiet area of Sorrento (although outside of the main town). I would stay here again without hesitation. Much more affordable than the overpriced areas of Sorrento.

The transportation was a little difficult however, the facility made up for it. They were all very good provided breakfast cleaned the rooms overall made it worth it.

I was super impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly Salvatore and Lina (hope i got that right) were phenomenal! I had so many questions and they were all answered in great detail. Service was absolutely exceptional! The bathroom / shower area was the best of any hotel I've visited in Italy. The hotel offers breakfast, a bar and lobby area, and outdoor patio. We were sad to leave this hotel. It also had easy access to train / Sorrento port.

Lovely stay at Sisters. Excellent location, room, and breakfast. Free onsite parking. Short walk to the large sandy beach in Meta, just outside Sorrento. Short drive into town. Local bus service nearby. Had trouble locating the place and entering the parking lot, so plan ahead. It is a sharp turn into the lot and there is a gate. Call ahead to have the gate opened as the hotel is on a fairly narrow street and it is difficult to stop to ask for the gate to be opened. Also number says 12 vs 120 and sign says Sisters Hotel vs Hostel. A bit confusing for us when we arrived, but a lovely stay afterwards.

Hotel room was very clean and the hotel and breakfast staff always nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good with both hot and cold food, fruits and different kinds of cakes. They also bring your coffee to your table.

Nice place to stay that doesn't cost the earth which is within a 10min walk from rail station. Beautiful views from large balcony on top floor. Breakfast fabulous and lovely staff who speak perfect English. Rooms clean and fresh linens daily. Good safe in room as well as new air conditioner. Great pizzeria a short walk away. Overall a good base if you don't want to be right in Sorrento itself.

The location couldn't be better as you are 5 minutes from a beautiful clean beach or 10 minutes to the train station which runs every 10/15 minutes to all the sites (Pompeii, Naples ec....)

It's not fancy, but nice & bright, and they have a lovely brunch every morning. Note that even though it's a hostel, there is no kitchen & you are not allowed to bring in any food or drink from the outside. It's very nicely priced in the budget range & is great value for the money.

When we were about to check out, we asked them to call a cab since we had too many luggage bags, too many personal belongings to carry and even also It was raining. But they offered us a ride to the station and even the manager-looking guy named Tonio(not sure) brought us some bread, cookies whilst saying that he knew we did not have breakfast. I was so touched and felt thankful of his consideration. Thank you Tonio and anothor Tonio and Manuela! And to someone who wants to book this hostel, check the public transportation before you go. Once you get off the sea bus, you need to go up to the top of the hill to the train staion and take the train to Piano di Sorrento station. The last train is about 11 pm. The hostel is 5-10 mins away from the train station. Once you find the church, turn on your right.
