Great place good people that are happy to help if you need somethk g. Only bad thing i could say. Was jere flr 4 days and not one day did my room get cleaned or new towels. It was on part bc of what i had goj g on. Sp they get a pass. I will be back.

We stay here a lot and always love the big rooms, nightly reception and the great breakfast buffet. These were again all great but there were a couple of things during this trip that could have been better. There was a group of teenage girls in the next room that kept getting very noisy and banging on the wall. We called the front desk twice and they said they would take care of it. The noise continued even after they talked to them. Also, late that night I got a call from the front desk asking if we had signed for a dinner and bar tab that night. I told them no and they apologized for bothering us. I got home the next day and noticed a $176 charge from the hotel. I called and it took a while for the manager to figure it out, but eventually said they would credit me. I told them I wish they would had told me they were going to charge me while I was still at the hotel so we could have worked it out then. Other then these issues the stay was great and this will continue be our go to hotel in OKC

They always meet the needs of our stays. Comfortable rooms and good food at the restaurant at a reasonable rate. Well done.

The hotel was very dated. Bathroom door wouldn't lock, curtains wouldn't shut all the way. No ventilation in the bathroom. Elevator was scary. Looked like a hotel from 1970. Free breakfast was good.
Someone charged $163 to my room from the restaurant 2 hours before I even checked in. The hotel tried to stick me with the bill. Apparently you can charge something right away to a credit card but it takes 2-3 business days to put it back.

The place needs serious updating. Carpet in room has bumps easy for tripping. Hair... not mine in shower. Glad it was just for one night

Needed a weekend for conferencing. The kids came the laat day and loved all the amenities and indoor pool and hot tub. Loved the morning breakfast as well. Comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and calm during the tornado. This was my first time evacuating a hotel due to a tornado! Crazy experience. But the hotel itself was great! No complaints from me & I would definitely recommend this Embassy Suites to family and friends.

I was able to check in on the app and our room was ready earlier than expected. Very spacious and comfortable. There was confusion at front desk when they tried to give our room to someone else after midnight.

Convenient for OU visits. Various options for breakfast which was great. Elevator was fast. Rooms need updating. Large stain on curtain and sheer panel was not attached to its track.

We have always loved this brand of hotels. But this hotel needs some love. Our couch was broken, toilet paper holder broken. And several more things. The carpet was pretty stained too. An outside seating area would be a great addition too.

Everything was great with this hotel but our room was pretty outdated and carpets were stained with a large black mark on the rug. It looked like tar . Plus the room reaked of animal urine by the door as you walked in. Room 221

The facility was a normal good Embassy Suites. I’ve stayed at some ES that I am dumbfounded that they are allowed to be called ES.
The only contention I have is that even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I could get a better deal at other websites. When I brought up this issue at check in, the Hilton Honors members don’t get a price match anymore. How can that be? How can Hilton not match an outside company making reservations at their hotel? I was kinda blown off.

Showers are too old ! They need to change shower heads. And they don't have slippers in the rooms and wont offer one ! Its weird cause its all carpet and i was not expecting that from 4 start hotel.
