When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes to check in. We rang the bell, but no one came. We walked around inside the hotel and tried to find someone to assist us! Eventually, someone arrived, but they couldn't find our reservation at first. Then the key card they gave us for the room didn't work, so they gave us a physical key instead. Later, we realized that the room door wasn't actually locked and could be easily opened from outside. When we went to the reception desk to explain the situation, they said they would take care of it. However, while our friends were waiting for us in the lobby (for about 30 minutes), no one came to fix the issue in our room. We called the reception multiple times, but couldn't reach anyone. In the end, we left our valuable belongings in our friends' room and requested that the lock problem be resolved by the time we returned. When we came back around 10 pm, our door still hadn't been fixed. We called the reception again, but there was no receptionist available, only a staff member with whom we had difficulty communicating in English. Finally, he realized that the batteries in the door lock had died and replaced them. We were kept waiting for a whole day for such a simple problem to be resolved. We stayed for five nights, and even though our check-in and check-out dates were the same, our friends' room was never cleaned. Overall, the hotel was completely unprofessional and provided very low-quality service.

Brilliant stay. Helpful staff at the reception desk. Clean balcony room . Walk in shower. Plenty of food at breakfast. Excellent location for the bus route to nearby towns. Central to all the bars and restaurants .Highly recommend .

Construction around the front in a huge area. Which can be understandable but there was no parking so we had to bring our luggage a long distance and drag it thru construction and all their stuff was out in the way. Then the room spelt like raw sewage. Area is beautiful! Once all done the area will be beautiful! Just to fix the smell. Also why steps in the lobby two , to lift your luggage up to the elevator makes no sense!

We stayed in a superior sea view room. For the price we paid we were happy. The hotel’s location is perfect.

This hotel has a great location, with views over the harbour from the front rooms. In spite of on-going "refurbishments" the hotel remains shabby and worn. Everything has been done on the ultra-cheap and it's a shame because it could be great due to its location. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms clean. En-suites difficult. Good wi-fi and good front-desk service. Sadly, the only better hotels in town are small "boutique" type hotels.

On the web the room was described like room with city view. The room was an interior one. No city view apart from other buildings around us. Disappointing.

We couldn’t sleep the whole night because a group of teenagers on a school trip partied the whole night, and our room was allocated amongst them. Very considerate, isn’t it? It was a nightmare. We’re not going to stay there ever again, but I don’t think it’s very clever to prioritise school trips over other paying customers like us

There is very limited hotel choice in Lefkas town and other than a couple of small "boutique hotels" this is best of a bad bunch. Location is great, breakfast buffet very basic. Lefkas itself is a wonderful place to visit, but not in deep winter.

Lovely lovely staff, but overall I would class the hotel as having "faded glory", as in it must have been lovely once, but needed some investment now! We stayed on both the second, and the third floors, but the second floor room was tired, but ok, but the third floor room was obviously part of their refurbishment program and was much much nicer.
