Renovations being done made the second floor dirty. There was a lot of noise from other guests through the walls.

The hotel stay was excellent. All service and accommodation was above expectations. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast offered was very pleasing and nicely presented.

Seems newly remodeled. It was perfect for us! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a 9 hour drive home so we left before breakfast so I can’t review it. But, for the price we paid, everything was fine by us. The front desk girl who checked us in was nice and actually laughed when I pretended to sign my name as Justin Bieber. I’d been doing that all over Ontario for a week and she was the first person to realize I was joking. The walls here are thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and our neighbors open and shut the sliding glass door to outside all night long so our sleep wasn’t great, but the neighbors running around all night really isn’t the hotels fault.

You could tell they had renovated recently. Very clean and the breakfast was also pretty good. Rooms are a little small and not a lot of counter space in the bathroom but overall very nice hotel. Will definitely stay here again if staying in the area.

However the hallway smelled musty and the room had a strong smell like a wet dog.

Once I walked in to the room, there was terrible smell that I started to gag. I also couldn't open the door/window because I was not allowed. Advised the staff to change the sheets as well.
Definitely I would not return this place.

The room looked very nice and updated. How ever it smelled really bad. The bathroom was very nice but smelled like urine. The air conditioner had no controls so you could not make it cooler. There’s no elevator so you had to carry your own baggage up the stairs.

Beds were comfy and the room was clean, the sound proofing could be better as we would hear other patrons coming in and out of their rooms in the middle of the night.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night so did not partake of any of the amenities and missed breakfast as we did not get up till after nine; however it had everything we needed. A fridge, a great shower and a comfortable bed. As we had a stressful day, this was very welcome!

Swimming pool was closed when we checked in on Saturday afternoon. Our grandchildren were disappointed.

Hotel was clean employees were helpful and friendly.. Was a little uneasy that the patio door did not lock and the only thing they had to lock the door was a metal bar.. There was also no plug for the bathtub. I was also surprised that the pool was closed on a Saturday afternoon because they treated it. Other then that it was clean and beds were comfortable

When we entered room temperature was 88and air conditioner not on We tried to turn it on and there was no power. Unplugged it and plugged it back in still no power Front desk could not help and there were no more rooms available. We left and front desk said they could not refund our money

First, we stayed on the 2nd floor and given that we are seniors, there was no elevator which made it difficult to maneuver. Secondly, the air conditioner was extremely loud, third there was a coffee pod machine in the room but was not plugged in the wall where it was located; I had to move it across the room filled with water to the availability of one out of 2 plugs; there were no shelves in the bathroom for our toiletries, and the breakfast buffet, sorry, NO eggs.

My daughter just moved to Chatham and this hotel was 6 minutes away from her apartment. The pool was amazing.

Actual clean rooms, nice AC unit and the beds are very comfortable! I didn’t get the woman’s name at the front desk but she was very helpful and fast! Whenever I’m in the area again I’ll definitely book here

I strongly disagree that they do not have a non-slip mat in the tub. My dad almost fell while taking a shower, and my mom slipped and hit it twice, hurting her tailbone really badly. Also, They never told us what time the breakfasts were. lack of communication with visitors. We had to secure the door with a bar for security. Yes it was very clean. but it still has a lot to improve. We didn't want to create problems, but the experience my mother had was very upsetting.

Overall we were very happy with our room, the breakfast selections were also very limited to what we have had in the past at different locations same branding.
We found the lack of a channel guide and very limited selections of channels a little challenging
That being said we were not in the room a great deal of the time during our visit, butbthe time spend there it was difficult to navigate the tv

A recently refurbished property was clean and refreshed. A few kinks to work out. No bathroom hand soap, coffee machine in lobby ran out of coffee. Breakfast late the third morning.

Everything was amazing. Nice staff, clean place, clean room and the pool we are glad that the hotel has that. Will surely go back here!
