From the moment we stepped into the AX palace the welcoming from the staff was A+.
For Someone who has tried many Hotels, The AX Palace staff went above and beyond our expectations with their services. To mention there Names Especially The Front Desk Manager Simba as well as Shivani.
The hotel is located in a very convenient place as it's a short walk from both the Ferry, and a variety of shops and places to eat, while also being in a fairly quiet.
A big Shout out to Prem,
Doma and Donilo and others from the TemptAsian Restaurant *A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION*.Amazing food.
All we can say is See you very Soon and Definitely recommending The AX Palace.

A big hotel that has problems functioning becuse of its size. Good spacious room, but no ventilation in the spacious bathroom. Internet did not work well or not at all, nobody answered when we called the reseption. A hotel best for conferences. Swimmingpool and the restaurant on the roof are nice. Close to the ferry and restaurant IL-Merill, which is excellent.

Fantastic hotel and service- we arrived without luggage and they were able to provide essentials like toothbrush for us.
Great place would definitely like to stay again and would recommend.
Roof top pool and bar is particularly nice.

I have been coming to The Palace for about 10yrs for work. This time the service was not the same: breakfast drinks almost non-existent, reception failed to make reservation for restaurant and overall standard helfullness of some of the staff was poor. Will probably look elsewhere for next year.

Very good hotel. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants, shops, the sea. All within walking distance. The pool on the rooftop is amazing. Restaurants in the hotel are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here several times . Good location . Excellent rooftop pool and Fusion restaurant . Very good breakfast with wide choice. All staff extremely friendly and professional. Complimentary upgrade to a suite on top floor which was lovely and spacious but needs some updating and more clothes storage . Shower leaked and flooded floor every time making floor dangerously slippy . Would stay here again

Friendly and helpful staff - upgraded my room, which was fabulous. Nicely away from main streets so quiet at night, but close enough to be everywhere in minutes.

The staff were all very nice. The only thing I would recommend is a more pro-active approach to anticipating our needs for dinner reservations and marking different attractions on the map so we know where to go. Also, there was a wedding on the floor above and the music was blasting for hours.
