We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

We stayed there to attend the Taylor Swift concert without spending a crazy amount on a hotel. It was was great! Very comfortable, not brand new, but fun. We especially loved that they had decorated the lobby in Taylor swift decor- super cute!

I was surprised by the 100 deposit i had to pay after I had already paid for my room. They told me they would give it back minus 10 dollars. I was not prepared for this because it was not disclosed at the beginning of booking

TV cut off several times throughout our stay.We would be in the middle of a show and the tv would cut off.We had to unplug it, then it would work.Yes, we informed the front desk.Tech came around 10:00 a.m., check out was 11:00 a.m.Everyone was nice. The hotel and casino IS NOT CONNECTED.You have to leave the hotel and walk about 800 feet to casino which opens at 8 a.m. on Sunday.

I checked out 8hrs before checkout due to the phone constantly ringing and going to the busy signal on speakerphone, I unplugged it but couldn’t go back to sleep so I checked out

Casino is good ,parking good, nice place to stay, but they need offer housekeeping on rooms for free, change towels and bed sheet changed too and take out trash

I stay at this Hotel every time we visit New Orleans and it is always nice. The only thing I would add in the room is a space with good lighting to get dressed and do your make up. And get rid of the $100 deposit.

My last stay was extremely nasty, I woke up at 3am to shower when I stepped into the restroom I felt something at the bottom of my foot so I just wiped it off, when I looked to see what it was I realized it was 4 very small roaches.. when I looked on the floor I noticed about 12 small roaches all over the floor, I am extremely afraid of insects so I was completely grossed out.. when I told the woman that checked me out, she didn’t apologize she just said she would waive the late check out fee, i accepted that because i could clearly tell she didn’t care..10 days later i still don't have my refund.. I stayed up all night worried about a roach crawling on me in my sleep and they refuse to refund my $40 late check out fee( honestly $40 just to stay an extra hour is ridiculous to me anyway).. what aggravates me the most is the fact they act like it was no big deal, to me it was..I paid over $200 just for 1 night and I had to pick up roaches and wash them off of my feet, that’s ridiculous.
