We had a wonderful visit with our dogs and family. The property was clean and maintained well. The only negative we had was that the channel guide on the TV did not work and their was no channel line up. When we called the front desk to inquire about a channel she told us we'd just have to scroll through. It was frustrating because even the numbers for the channel weren't showing.

Our first time staying in Amarillo. Cassie helped us check in. She was amazing and really nice. She made us feel at home. Our room was fantastic and very spacious. I wished we could stay longer. We will definitely visit here again next time we are in Amarillo. I wish all customer service was like Cassie!

Cassi checked us in and was the beginning of a wonderful home away from home experience. This location was such a blessing because ‘pet friendly’ also included cats - yay!

My favorite place. Huge roomy room. Big comfortable shower. Nice couch for sitting, dishes, bigger frig, microwave everything anyone needs. Love it!!!!

My experience staying here at this hotel was very good. Me and my wife have stayed here many times. I just love how clean the hotel is and how clean it smells. The rooms are just as clean the bedsheets are cleaned and smell like they just came out of the dryer. I give this hotel two thumbs up.

Amazing room! I staying in a King suite which was larger than my 700 sf apartment at home! The room provided everything you could possibly imagine, including a sofa, dining room table, and a well appointed small kitchen. The bed was uper comfy and the shower had an awesome adjustable hand-held sprayer. The bedroom and bathroom were separated completely from the living room/kitchen area.
The area is slightly noisy, due to traffic, but the location is conveniently situated and there are several restaurants nearby.

The headboard over the bed had numerous stains including what looked like blood, scattered across its length. Not sure I would ever go back which is a shame since it has been our tradition to stop there on our way home each summer.
