Area is great, some breakfast items like the eggs and potatoes were cold, not kept very warm.

Rooms are dirty, there was a dirty spoon inside the mattress of the sofa bed, there was trash on the floor probably from the last guest.

The Carpet in the room had several plastic tags, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. When I asked the front desk staff if someone can go and vacuum the room, she said that there was no one on the property, only her. We requested a change in room, and the front desk person was not helpful at all. As we are leaving the room the next day, a cockroach was on the bedroom TV stand! The bathroom floor seemed dirty as well, and it smelled like sewer when we would use the sink. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Phones were statically and unusable. Asked for room near elevator and room given was far from elevator. We were not told when we checked in that no rooms were available close to the elevator. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable.
