Bugs in property on first night. Bug spray provided by cleaner. Reception did not understand my issue, luckily cleaner was cleaning other rooms and helped me. Further issue with cockroaches in property. Again reception could not understand my full issue and when they eventually did they advised cleaner had sorted it and removed cockroach. After returning to the property and been advised it was sorted. The cockroach was still there (the cockroach was 1.5 inches bug as well!) So they either lied to me or did not understand what i was asking them to confirm. Further issue. Power tripped in property. I only had tv, washing machine on and the air con, receptions answer was Don't have the air con on whilst i am washing my clothes! (During a heatwave!) very poor response. Very disappointed. Property looks nice on pictures but i would not recommend staying here and i would not stay here again. Only saving grace was the lovely Marina who checked me in and helped with some of my issues.

The manager and the house cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would have liked to have more supplies for cooking, like a good bread knife, cutting board and maybe a drip coffee maker.

A perfect apartment with all kitchen equipment. A TV and comfortable sofa wit kitchen downstairs and bedroom with a bathroom upstairs. A very quiet and safe place to stay. We did love it.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay fully. First night I had to take a cold shower. However the communication was great when I reported the issue (They told me I had to wait until the water warms up again). The water still would get cold after 5-8 minutes. The following nights I was attacked my gnats which caused severe itching and swelling on my arm. My arm swelled up so bad from allergic reaction and it was the size of a tennis ball. I am not sure where the bugs came from. Both me and fiance got bit up while we were sleeping during the night. We had to travel to Paris after leaving and get pharmacy help from this issue (Which messed up some of our travel experience) I am still healing from all the bug bites on my left arm currently. My fiance got bit on his hand and legs. Parking was a big issue, I had to drive around more than once to find parking becuase the parking provided was taken by other people in the area thorughout the day. Great WiFi! The staff is always available and willing to help you. They booked me a tour to the Etna. Just a great place to stay. I highly recommended it.

Nice and clean, but we had the smallest room. Tiny space and the sofa wasn´t realy new. Othrevise very comfy and all comunication was great. We would come back again, but to different room.

The staff were terrific, prompt, and helpful. I would stay at this brand again, but definitely not this particular location. The building itself was dark and sketchy. The elevator tiny and gave a jerky ride. We held our breath each time we used it. The apartment was interior facing with no window on the bedroom floor so it was dark. The shower was so small you have to squat to try and soap up your legs. It’s impossible to bend- pretty much a telephone booth. While it’s nicely renovated, this particular apartment in this building was not an enjoyable stay. I did go to the front desk at their more central location and that building seemed much more comfortable to stay in.

Amazing stay for couples. Especially those seeking a quiet more relaxing vacation. City had lots great food recommended by our host- and nice beaches. The apartment was absolutely stunning and in great condition. Clean and smoke free.

Good location. Right in a residential area. Bus stop is just 1 minute walk away. The interior can use some sprice up. I do like the wrap around balcony. Makes the facility very airy.

Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. In truth it doesn't look much from the outside but the apartments were clean, tidy and spacious -great for our needs. We were a group of 4 mature gentlemen who had an apartment each to ensure an undisturbed nights sleep! Great welcome by Sabrina who helped our planning and suggesting restaurants and activities for our 3 day visit and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Ferrini had arranged the airport transfer and booked the 'Etna' experience trip. All in all a great stay- maybe another day needed to do all the things we would like to have done.

amazing apartment clean.. short 15 mins direct walk to the old town., one thing to note. the apartment is on the top floor of a building. and the lifts are very old.. Lift was damaged when we check in but the chap ( Dino) help us with our bag. also you need to shut the lift doors after you exit. many inconsiderate guests did not shut the door and the lift stays stuck at the last floor landing.

The apartments are well located offering easy access to all that Catania has to offer. It made an ideal home for our seven days in which we used Catania as a base to explore the area. The sevice offered by the management was very attentive and friendly.
