Poor service at receiption and poor housekeeping. Not a friendly atmosphere! Would try to avoid! Besides good location, there is nothing positive to say about the hotel.

The Hotel has a wonderful position but the rooms and the service is really poor. The guy at the reception, not sure if he’s the owner, is really odd. We asked for a additional pillow ah he says that was not possible. The room has very old furniture and the breakfast is very sad, apart from the wonderful position in front of the sea. And all of this so much expensive! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, we were so much disappointed.

good location. except for shuttle driver, staff not friendly. daily room cleaning did not exist. breakfast food, eggs, cold. nice terrace above room. good ac.

Location! Incredible views from the front yard where breakfast is served. Walkable to town and to the beaches. Hotel provided transfer from and to the port. Stayed one night only, but would not have stayed longer. Price was very affordable: 50 Euros including bathroom. Our room was inté back of the property w no views. Maybe the other rooms were in better conditions.

Our stay in the accomodation left us with a horrible impression. On our arrival, we had to wait for over an hour cause of their ignorance on how to operate the charging system. They were very rude and claimed that it was our fault (as well as Hotels.com fault) that they had not gotten the payment by then, when eventually they realised what they had to do. Never apologised for our inconvenience either. They offer no wifi for the residents. One out of the two evenings that we spent there, there was no hot water in the shower. Finally, they asked us to leave at 11:00, when we already knew that the check out was on midday. Very unprofessional stuff. Avoid at any cost.

Perfectly located hotel with a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. Unfortunately, the staff is very poorly organized, impolite and unfriendly, especially the lady at the reception. After checking in, I had to throw three cockroaches and several other bugs out of the room. It was a very strange sight especially given the fact that the manager had told me a few minutes before that they would need me to check out early because the cleaning takes three hours during covid19 times. The facilities were not in the best condition either but worked. At the end of the day, all you need to enjoy your time at Koufonissi is the location. But with the cockroaches and unfriendly staff, I'm very happy I only had to stay there for one night.

There was no WiFi in the room , the fridge dos an absolutely crazy noise , the bed had a white bar that for my size ( 181 ) was very unconfortable and It was very noisy un general

This is the perfect place, the location is amazing and the hotel is just lovely i can’t wait to go back ..... very soon

The view was great, the staff polite, there was free transfer from / to the port. The rooms and furniture were old and there were toothpicks inside the air condition to make it work because it was broken...

Very hard matress. Good aircondition. Breakfast OK.

The property was clean and the room had a great terrace over looking the sea. There is no wi-fi expect in the reception area. The bed needs to be replaced as the mattress is very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre
