The Hotel is in a fantastic location, with beach access, excellent. However, the beds are not comfortable at all.
And the service/hospitality is below average. Room cleaning was poor, and the check-out by the receptionist man was terrible. Very unfriendly, careless, and disrespectful. His service was the most shocking, and he was very proud of his behavior. He should be put through etiquette training.

Excellent hotel with good service. The only hiccup was a rather weird expresso martini obviously made by someone who had never made one before. That is the only thing that kept it from top marks. O and a bit mean to have to pay for parking!

I would have appreciated a upgrade to a sea view as the hotel was not full like other hotels do but was told it was not possible ☹️

I'm coming few times per year in this hotel for business purposes and will continue to do so.
Confortable and clean room, nice view.
It was appreciated this time the COVID procedure in place especially at the bar/dinning area.

Overall nice Hotel. Our first choice for Zeeland for many years now.
Good location, sufficient parking space, friendly staff and a good breakfast in a nice cozy ambiance.
Nevertheless it is time to fix the rooms, at least the room we had.
Broken, uncovered light switches on both sides of the bed are not really what you would expect in a junior suite. Further the doors to the rooms are really really loud. It is not possible to close the doors without waking up all your room neighbours.
We didnt hit the restaurant this time because of the poor experience at our last stay.

This Hotel deserves 5 Stars. The Staff is amazing, really friendly and kind. The Rooms are extremely big and the bed is really comfortable. The Breakfast is amazing, a huge variety of breads, sausages, fruits, coffee, tea,...... We stayed their with our dog and he was felt welcome every second. The Hotel Restaurant is absolutely great, the food is delicious. Thank you so much for this amazing experience, we will come back.

This Hotel deserves 5 Stars. The Staff is amazing, really friendly and kind. The Rooms are extremely big and the bed is really comfortable. The Breakfast is amazing, a huge variety of breads, sausages, fruits, coffee, tea,...... We stayed their with our dog and he was felt welcome every second.
