There is nothing bad to say about this facility. It is absolutely beautiful and 10/10 recommend staying here. We will be back for sure.

We got an upgrade to a wonderful suite during our stay. Property and gardens are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable.
The layout and use of space in the interior of the suite was a bit strange. A huge 10sq structure to fit a very ordinary shower is not necessary. This structure was also inside the room and it makes the room smell humid after taking a shower. Hot and cold water was difficult to regulate.
Pool area is very nice but there are no shower facilities there which is very unhygienic. Crowded in the weekends.

( My only proactive yet important recommendation is to improve the bed. Queen-size, hard, OK linens...but it is not that much of a cost to have a great king bed instead of a so so Queen...makes a difference!). Upon check-in, receptionist could have been friendlier or more flexible in trying to accomodate my need of a King-size. Check-out was very flexible and friendly. I will come back.
