The best part of the stay was the fabulous breakfast with a real coffee pot at the table and a lot of food choices. It was reasonable walking distance to Rhine river and cathedral.

Overall I think this can be classed as a Good Hotel. It is old style German a tad dated but actually reasonable value for money.

Overall very nice and quite clean and well-appointed. Like many small European hotels, there is not A/C, which is sort of okay - if you can sleep with street noise. The street quiets down but the adjacent large throughway on Hansening becomes very busy quite early.
The hotel is very convenient to many places and the staff is helpful.
Our main issue was with the Wifi, which did not reach very well to our floor. In order to look up local things or even request Uber, I found I had to go down to the lobby and stay there while doing so.

It's like time-traveling to the 1970ies or maybe the eighties. Everything is vintage. Pretty cool, but the bed was VERY firm. That could be a problem for some. Also, there was no reading light by the bed. But, for one night it was a different and cool place to stay.

This hotel is in a great location. 15 minutes walk from the historic downtown. The hotel also offers inexpensive gated parking about a one minute walk away. Room was very clean and up to date. Management was very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Booked an economy room- turns out it’s down stairs, but the Expedia ad didn’t say this but the staff ensured I was aware and it wasn’t a problem.
Rooms tidy and comfortable, bed was good, shower and pressure was great. No fridge or tea/coffee facility in the room.

The management of the hotel bear responsibility to maintain peace and quiet atmosphere. Other than this the hotel staff were good and helpful. The location is great!
