Nice place to stay. Would definitely consider booking again. The rooms and location are not flashy by any means but the basics are covered. Simple and easy booking. The hair dryer did make an awful sound so we did not use it.

The property is an old motel that is being run like a b&b. Self check in, giving all your id and everything online. With a pass code to get in. No services at all. When i mentioned i wasnt happy with that, the manager called me out on it refusing to stop texting me. What happened to the customer is always right? The bathroom needed a bit more tlc also. Im not recommending this place, its not what i expected by its reviews.

Stayed one night when we attended a concert at Harvey’s. The location was perfect, easy to find, available parking, easy check in and out, clean property inside and out. Even with all the other hotel properties in the area it was very quiet. The only complaint we have, is there isn’t enough lighting in the room. Otherwise it was great.

Clean and convenient place.

Clean and great WiFi. I’ve stayed at many South Lake hotels and motels, this one had surprisingly good WiFi (most don’t!), had AC (most don’t!), and was clean. I would stay here again. I was there mid week and it was quiet and very affordable.

This was a modernized motel that still had a quaint feel. I loved the adjustable, lightly flickering bedside lamp and the built-in fireplace, both made the room very cozy. It was well insulated and I heard very little noise from neighbors even though I believe the motel was full. Parking was free and easy, although it filled up fast after 4 pm hit. Overall, would stay again!

My family and I stayed in room 215. Our stay here was amazing from start to finish. The room was very spacious, comfortable, everything worked, and above all else, it was very clean. The area was very safe, my brother and I even went on a scooter ride around the neighborhood at night. It was very pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Diana helped our family from beginning to end and provided us with an amazing, friendly, and understanding customer service. My family and I are very thankful for our time up in Lake Tahoe, we very much enjoyed our stay at Lake Ridge Hotel and will be sure to come here again in the future. God Bless.

Good location and price

It was a wonderful destination with pure nature and a lot of things to see around the lake. But the traffic was terrible.

This place was great! Probably the best little motel I've stayed in in the South Lake Tahoe area. THE BEDS WERE SO COMFY! Literally the most comfy bed I've had at a hotel even including the high end ones. footsteps up above REALLY loud and very thin walls but other than that great location; walkable to the Oyster Bar/stateline restaurants also only 10 min walk to the beach but go before 9 am before they charge you 3 bucks to enter LMAO. just walk it in the morning it's not that nice a beach anyways. really nice decor and room. nice shower pressure too. contactless check in. Room 107's air conditioning does NOT work though...it only cools to 72 degrees even if you turn it down to lowest setting on highest fan as of 9/4/24.

Very clean property. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Super close to everything.
