I was very disappointed to learn they don't have real storage as advertised (and the reason I chose this hotel)

It’s one of those increasingly popular low cost chains offering high price accommodations in a captive environment. 252 euros for the most basic room with plastic made mass produced furniture and standardized amenities. And they try and make you believe that it’s trendy and fashion. It’s only worthy if you need to walk to the terminal in the early morning hours, as this is the only hotel offering that great advantage in the whole airport.

Even though breakfast was included the fee, my flight was too early and therefore breakfast was not yet available. Consider having a cheaper option for those not having breakfast, or a take away/packed breakfast.

It was very close from the terminal 2B. it was nice to have drinking water available by the front. We loved the breakfast there!

Very convenient for early departures from the airport. Breakfast started at 4am so we were able to eat before catching a 6am flight.

Walking distance from Terminal 2 of Budapest airport, perfect for specific needs. The only issue was the terrible breakfast. Coffee in particular is terrible.

Stayed for one night before my flight, room was clean, nice breakfast. Shower could have had a door/curtain as the water is getting out of the shower corner easily and splashes on the bathroom door, room was very dark, the only light was from lamps, there was no ceiling light which is a bit weird.

Everything was great except for the pillows. They were huge. It would have broken my neck. I wound up sleeping on my arm. Comfort means comfortable pillows. It would be nice to have a choice between flat or big puffy pillows.

Convenient, the food and service at the dining area was great! Shuttle service to airport was easy and wonderful.

Great location. Staff could’ve been happier but overall ok. Toilet smelled a touch when we arrived and the bare concrete ceiling is more unfinished look than edgy and modern.

We had an early morning flight so we decided to stay in Budapest the night before. The location is convenient, a 5- minute walk from the airport. We also rented a car that we dropped off next door.

Charge our meal to the room, I had to go back up to the room to get my credit card. Very unfriendly staff at the front desk, not customer oriented. The bar staff were better than the front desk staff. The rooms are no frills, but at least clean. I will not be
staying in another Ibis Hotel.

Read and executed the directions and the fan was working, but I did not feel any cold air blowing across the room as it should. I gave up because the room wasn't hot to begin with, and I needed sleep asap. Got up in the morning and went to catch a plane. Eat breakfast at 4:00 which was a big plus (included in the bill).
