I walked into the place and was blown away by the spectacular view. The staff was great, in helping me get transportation to and from a party on a windy back road with a late pick up. Was VERY appreciative at that. The only negatives are that the beds are very hard, and the worst part for me is there are no actual cups, everything is plastic which is terrible for the environment, especially at a lake. No one wants to drink a cup of coffee out of a paper cup.

There wasn’t any hot water to take a shower. ( not evening or the following morning). I wish someone would have told us about the Rice Flies that come around this time of year. It wasn’t fun having them in our room, let alone sleeping with them, when they are busy bothering you!!

Very clean and comfortable property. The facilities are older construction but very well kept and maintained. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the service was excellent. A few of the lake was fantastic.

This was a quaint little hotel that was actually bigger than what it looked like from the street. It had plenty of outdoor amenities, which we were not able to take advantage of due to time constraints, but we would definitely love to go back. There are rooms towards the back of the property that have a lakeside view, that we would like to book next time. The only negatives we could think of were the small dish towel sized bath towels and that there were no secondary sheer curtains to block passerby’s from looking into the room. The only curtains were a light blocking type and did keep the room dark. I would only take off half a star for that if I could.

It was an older hotel that definitely showed It’s age a bit. But was very clean and neat. Was a great place to stay for the price. I’m sure I will be staying there again.
