Shower don’t work. Then new room the thermostat was broke. Nice staff. Particularly the night person. Best western plus is normally much nicer and kept up better.

Toya was amazing! Check in was very smooth and she was super sweet. My room was spacious but was missing a few necessities like soap and shampoo. The ac made this loud unbearable noise all night so I wasn’t able to get much sleep on top of the room being humid. It wasn’t a terrible overnight stay but definitely could have been much better.

Clean, Quite and Staff responded to requests

When we checked in, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Once we reported it, they immediately assigned us another room. Also, the bed was harder than I would have preferred. Other than that, it was good stay.

Overall a decent 2 star hotel with free breakfast and free parking and wifi. Felt like an updated/upgraded Motel. Stayed for 2 nights. Booked 3 rooms. One room (310) did not have the grey decorative pillows/runner on the bed like the other 2 rooms. Guess they ran out. Breakfast was average - Had a Yogurt machine which you can add granola to it. Sausage, Eggs were not fresh. Same exact items for 2 days in a row. Add a waffle machine like all the other hotels have. Shower and faucet knobs were old and crusty and hard to turn. White Bath Towels had rips/holes in them from many washing machine uses. Just buy new towels. Room 310 by the Elevator had rips on the sheets and towels had holes. See photos. Dirt in the corners. There was no house-keeping at night to change the sheets as they had stains/marks on them when we asked. We were given sheets and had to change them ourselves when we asked management. Also, we asked for a room AWAY from the elevator and got the room right NEXT to the elevator (Room 310) - thanks for listening to the request :/ Have someone contact us directly about our stay to discuss further.

We liked everything about this hotel. It was clean staff was nice. It met our expectations. Would stay here again

Great breakfast

The one front desk clerk keyed another guest to our room then tried to blame the guest for the mistake. Felt bad for the guest that entered our room by mistake. There was a dirty shirt left in our room from previous guests when we checked in. A few of the the staff made sure breakfast was wrapped up early even prior to 9am even while people were still trying to get breakfast. When trying to exit out room to check out the one staff lady was standing there waiting for us to exit… definitely made our stay on edge

The room had an odd smell to it and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. You had to close it a specific way to make the door close without opening.

It was an average property, I was there few days to meet family on my first night I arrived late and they out me in a room next to a meeting room and close to Landry and gym area.. couldn’t sleep first night and the room cannot be switched on first night due to property sold out . On first and second night it was loud most of night hrs and not comfy. They did switch my room for third and fourth night and then was fine. Property is bit old. The card keys had significant issues as every second time it gets deactivated and had to run down to the front desk for activations. I didn’t try the breakfast. Front desk staff was little strict and not accommodating. If there are other options available they look into those. Not recommend.

Mold in ceiling of bathroom. Did not see it until second night and didn’t want to change rooms as only had one night left. Room smelt musty and was damp. Hotel needs a refresh. Polite and helpful staff. Great location. Bed comfortable.
