We had a credibility stressful travel day. We arrived very late & the front desk staff member was professional, friendly & check couldn’t have gone smoother. I appreciated this so much after the long day!

A day after we checked in, Bellevue experienced a storm that knocked out the power. This left us without light, warm water, or amenities. We understood that this was out of the hotel’s control, but decided to ask what was going to happen due to being in town for a work conference I would need the electricity and water to get ready. We were told that our entire stay would be refunded if we decided to stay, so we decided to stay and see if the power could come back on. When the power was gone for 2 more days, we decided to ask if we could just get refunded and find another place. We were confronted by a front desk agent who was very unhelpful and demeaning. She called her manager who when was told about the situation started laughing on the phone at us. They said that because we stayed we would not be refunded, despite the specific instructions given to us previously. They would not budge and were very rude about the whole experience stating that “many people were staying despite not having power or amenities.” Coming from Florida where storms are plentiful, I have never experienced such a horrible and unprofessional stay even with the extenuating circumstances. When I called the help desk, they told me it was up to the property because refunding would “hurt their business”. 100% would not recommend staying at this property. Go across town and stay at the other Hyatt.

My stay in this hotel was great. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean, which unfortunately is not the norm. Breakfast is included. Very happy with it.

Despite issue with toilet not flushing properly staff took immediate action to solve it right away appreciated that . Breakfast nice full on on nice white plates - no paper plates Thank you .

All went smoothly and they had available the extra things we asked for - a chair and a blanket. Breakfast was very good. Hot ton… meh.. the keys were not strong at all :( but the service was excellent throughout our stay.

Loud traffic and no restaurants within walking distance but that didn’t matter for our stay. Everything else was great and shopping and restaurants were a short drive away.

The property felt safe and had ample parking available at no charge. Even covered parking. It was quiet and safe. The hot tub and pool were in good working condition, but such a strange spot to have the pool and hot tub facing the parking garage and entrance/parking area of the hotel so everyone can see the people in the pool and hot tub and vice versa, not much privacy in that regard. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was vast and delicious with many options, and all were made well, didn't taste like any eggs from a carton, all fresh and the hot food was kept hot for guests. My family enjoyed our breakfast and the Staff assisting at breakfast a lot, they all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were in good moods. The channels offered were also appreciated, they even had HBO available at no extra charge. Comfortable king bed as well. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

I've stayed here before and loved it. This time around our roomed smelled so badly of pickles. It was the oddest thing. The staff tried their best to offer solutions but ultimately couldn't move us so it was disappointing.

Most everything was as advertised for this property. The main concern/issue was that the hot tub was scorching hot and not usable! One oarent had their kid almost boiled when they got in.

The rooms were well kept and clean, the towels were plus and they smelt amazing ...quick drive to downtown Seattle..I will stay here whenever I come into Seattle

Other reviews had me worried about transient zombies but it had to be competitors reviews. This is near a highway but the neighborhood and property are well kept. Breakfast included, all staff were friendly. Downtown Seattle is sketchy, this was a better option.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location is near to where we need to go like our favorite restaurants Tianfu Bellevue and Sun Sun Wah Seafood Restaurant. We will definitely come back.
