Have stayed in a number of hotels / apartments in Brisbane and this might be one of the worst. Apartments are definitely in dire need of some renovation.
Arrived to find the freezer left open and a big pool of brown water all over the floor, even after closing the freezer the fridge continued to leak.
The carpet was dirty and stained and the air conditioning was not working correctly.
When I tried to check out in the morning at check out time there was noone at the reception desk and no dropbox to leave keys. Had to just leave the key on the desk and hope that was okay.
The location is good but currently there are major civil works nearby that make it not ideal.
There is much better accommodation available in this price range. Stay at the sebel / meriton / oaks.

Due to to being fully booked we may have got an older room. Was fairly dated and cupboards had missing veneer. Both sofa's had had crumbs and white debris all over them, had to brush it off before use.
The rest of the hotel was extremely modern and staff were very friendly. Would stay again in newer rooms.

We stayed for our wedding night & the lovely staff left us a sweet note & some petals on the bed. Great location & even though the room is a bit dated, it was clean. Will happily stay here again.

Carpets in rooms always require shampo clean. Reception service is awsome, Friendly and polite and prompt. In room some Laundry towel was placed in washing machine. Unsure how long it has been sitting in there but offenive smell . Otherwise i love the position of where Mantra is and i love the greeting you recieve at reception and i love the balcony ...

Property was well placed in order to access the shopping area in the CBD, a short walk to SouthBank and the Botanical Gardens.

The unit was average for $ value and parking was a real issue was told to just come to reception to organise parking but wasn't told that parking was very limited.. we were on a tight schedule and then had to book parking elsewhere which had its own issues..not that happy to be honest will be going back to the Hilton in furure

Property had a few issues. The shower/bath was unsafe. Not bedside table and carpet was dirty.
