A pleasant experience in Staybridge

5 min walk to the redline train. There’s a target within 5 min. Clean rooms, and lovely staff. Worth the price hands down.

Overall good, comfortable and a good location for trains to Boston. The mini kitchen was useful as was the free washer and dryer, just purchase powder at reception.
Could improve housekeeping, it was a bit random about changing towels and cleaning the room. Could do with a “please makeup my room” card to hang on the door like most other hotels have. The whole hotel could do with a good dusting.
We knew about the $15 per day parking charge, but it does seem excessive and doesn’t guarantee a space in the car park.
Breakfast was okay, but random as to what was available each day. Equipment for waffles, pancakes and toaster frequently not working, and regularly ran out of cutlery and crockery (probably all taken to peoples rooms), and had to resort to paper plates and plastic cutlery.
One of the elevators frequently broke down.
Staff overall friendly and helpful, apart from breakfast where they seemed busy and understaffed.

It was a great stay, nice staff, they made my days much more comfortable. T station is a few steps from the hotel which is perfect to go downtown.

The kitchen sink was clogged (it seems to have been like this for a while and standing water was smelling) and the daily cleaning of the room were not adequate

Great hotel. It was quiet and very clean. We will be staying here again. Only complaint was the women working the front desk on check in did not know the meaning of hospitality. She was very rude and made you feel like you were wasting her time by just checking in. She is not someone who should be the front facing person of the hotel.

This was a super hotel…very nice for the money. It was beautifully appointed, and the breakfast was very nice as well. One suggestion: the perimeter of the hotel (outside the parking lot) around the fence could use some cleaning (pick -up of garbage strewn all around). But the hotel itself was wonderful.

Short of staff, no room makeup and took 1 hour and multiple calls for them to bring in new towels. Terrible service.

The staff is absolutely awesome especially the cleaning manager and her staff. The facility is well laid out and maintained also with good sized rooms while located in an area convenient to good dining, public transportation etcetera
I don't do reviews of any kind but this staff particularly the cleaning staff deserves great praise
My wife became suddenly very sick from what had to be something from an airport the day before and this staff not only did their job but they were also extremely caring, encouraging, sympathetic, and unbelievably awesome in every way. The task was beyond my capabilities and without any hesitation they including the cleaning manager herself jumped right in not only restoring our room but our own personal level of comfort and respect in an otherwise embarrassing situation. They even returned later to check on my wife bringing items to help and offering even more support
Possibly the best description I can offer as to the high level of care provided and even this isn't enough praise is this;
I am originally from the area of this hotel but moved to the south decades ago because I fell in love with the caring southern hospitality the area I now live in is known for.
The staff at this hotel brought southern hospitality and sincere caring north
