Wonderful hotel. At first we were given a room with a not-so pleasant odour but the staff gave us a new room right away. They were very kind and very helpful. The location was perfect for us.

Room was not ready upon arrival and we waited an hour (16.00) - also the room was not made ready for 4 person as booked. The cleaning of room was done very late past midday. Low/missing refill of coffee, toilet paper and towels.

i wrote the hotel in advance and they were very helpful and friendly. We had a special request and they did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

Within 5~10 minis can walk to the X’mas market which they already started 11/16.2023 Hop on hop off bus stop everywhere you can see station a very authentic Hungarian food resturant we spent a nice evening dinner walking 2 minis walking distence , friendly people here .surely when you out tours pic pocket etc., keep alert people around you , we enjoy stay in here for 2nights trip .
