The air conditioning system needs repair, door needs resealing, shower head didn’t move to adjust to a persons height and sprayed outside of shower, light switch box loose/not screwed in; wallpaper peeling from the walls, portico in need of repairs. Wyndham properties always seem to disappoint. Staff were courteous and efficient.

We had plumbing issues at home and the hotel was just what we needed. You don’t fully appreciate plumbing until it doesn’t work!

Good thing we just needed one night's sleep.
The host's were not friendly, they were transactional. The whole place inside, from the lobby to the rooms needed an upgrade.
Also, they didn't have coffee unless it was morning.

The staff was welcoming and very polite. I had to leave before breakfast, but the attendant made me fresh coffee for the road.

La Quinta Vicksburg cancelled my reservation while we were traveling to Vicksburg and we had prepaid. It was an annoying experience and now I have to go through the challenges of trying to recover our payment.

First off, the entry door to the room was jammed, my husband had to push on it hard to get it open. It was bugs in the restroom a lot. It was black spots on the side of the shower near the top of the ceiling and it appears to be mold and mildew. The sheets were not clean, nor the pillow cases. I will not recommend you stay here, please choose somewhere that takes pride in cleanliness and safety.

This was a great experience. The hotel was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great breakfast before we left.

Everything was excellent except the hot tub (spa) didn’t work and there was chewed gum on one of the lamp shades in the room. Except for the gum, everything was clean and service was great.

Stay was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Check in was smooth.
There was no shampoo, body wash, or lotion in the bathroom luckily i had to go to the dollar store for a hairbrush anyway.

The first room I was given had a strong mildew smell. The second room had less of a smell, but there was water pooling in the room in front of the closet.

The hotel had a terrible smell like mold. The carpet was disgusting and is need of replacement. My family and I decided not stay at the hotel. We could not handle the smell.
