Lovely hotel for a short break. Located on the beachfront theirs plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room was basic and small but kept clean. Nice breakfast with a small selection of fresh foods and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was that surrounding nightlife meant it was noisy throughout the night.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great Bacon, scrambled or boiled eggs, cereal, bread, rolls, cakes and fruit were on offer daily. The location is 5 minutes walk from Piazza Mazzini. Beachfront location with umbrella and chairs provided free of charge with a number allocated on request. Downside is no English TV channels and the safe is quite small.

There was free wifi in all areas. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, a family run hotel. Breakfast was buffet with lots to choose from. The beach is at the front of the hotel and plenty of bars shops and restaurants to the rear. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel was great. We booked a basic room but ended up taking a suite with full sea view. Reception staff were really nice and helped with parking our car. We needed to check out very late so for a small fee we were allowed to do so. Great location right on the beach and just next to all the great restaurants and shops. And just 8 minutes from the wonderful Aqualandia! Great holiday.

Good location with direct access to a lovely beach with loungers,deck chairs and parasols all provided free of charge. Just behind the hotel is a street full of shops and restaurants. We upgraded our room when we checked in and it was worth the €70 to have a large balcony and a sea view. Access to Venice,Burano and Murano is easy by buying a ticket from the tobacconists and catching the number 5 bus then the vaporetti onto the lagoon.
