The staff at the front desk was very kind, and when I asked him about our travel plans for the next day, he even checked out transportation options and train schedules for me. It was very helpful. Thank you!
The hotel is a little far from the bus terminal and the train station, but it is close to the beach and the old town where there are many bars, so we could enjoy San Sebastian.

Excellent location. A few stairs but there’s a lift. Water pressure is amazing!!!! Parking is difficult to find on the street. Parking lot is difficult to figure out until you check in. The parking ticket system was also confusing as I think sometimes things get lost in translation from Spanish to English.

Great location. The property was the perfect size for our party of 3 (2 adults, one child). Check-in and -out was totally simple. Won't hesitate to book this pension again!

Loved the junior suite very spacious with a great view of the boulevard also 5 min walk to beach.

Property was not maintained well and the Air Conditioning did not work. It was a great area but accomodations were not up to minimal standards. Very uncomfortable night. I am glad we were only there one night.

A very nice pension right next to the old quarter of San Sebastián. Smaller room, but it had everything we needed. A problem with the A/C unit (it leaked) was fixed immediately after we notified reception.

The staff were excellent, very helpful with directions and dining options. The location of the property was very central and walkable with lots of shopping and dining options close by. The only negative was the condition of the bathroom. The grout and caulking were full of black mold.
