If you’re ever in the area, you should definitely stay here. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Rooms are a good size. Pete is nice and funny.

Apparently I must have requested to stay in a "cell" At first it seemed like a lark,but it was like being in a basement and very crude. I could put up with that, but because it was an old cell, it had been retrofitted as a room, but I was leary of the shower stall floor opting not to use it as it seemed rough and didn't seem clean. As the night progressed, I became a bit claustrophobic and began worrying about fire hazard. There was no one around and I felt like I was very much alone,

Other than the nightly motion light going brighter when both my husband and I were in bed and no one else was in the room, everything was great!! Possible "visitation" that caused the motion light at the base of the bathroom brighten by itself? Great story to bring back with us. Breakfast offerings were delicious and easy to replicate at home --- thanks for the idea and presentation!! staff were great!!!

The room that I rented I must admit that I was informed that it was the Bare minimums no frills . I just wish I could have seen another room , or at least had a full length mirror and the bathroom was clean and updated . I LOVE MAX though

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Jailer’s Inn! It’s a very quirky B&B with tons of history and a very interesting back story. The staff was incredible! Quick to offer any help they could provide, answer questions and provide recommendations for the area which is easily walkable besides the distilleries on the outer portion of town. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about everything going on in town. Paul, the owner/operator was passionate about the history of the place and always had a smile and story. Great experience!

We booked the jail cell room and the bed was cozy and it was a unique experience. Surprisingly not a lot of dining options, so we walked 0.5 miles to Toogie's Table which was AMAZING. The hosts give a jail tour after breakfast, which was delicious and tasty.

A unique “house’” in quiet Bardstown. Breakfast was great. The host obviously loves what he is doing.. Recommend.
