The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. It needs to be fixed. Most annoying!!
The TV remote had a battery that over heated- I removed it from the remote as afraid it would melt the remote. Once battery cooled I put battery back in but remote failed to function. Left battery out and left note for staff.

Last minute decision to stay ( personal circumstances forced) Check in painless, service good, brekkie - hmm OK. A better selection would have been nice, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Ah, coffee! thin, weak insipid - essentially brown water.But i like mine hot and strong again it's a comment, not moan.

Got the queen suite with jetted tub was a nice fitted room with a special needs kid, as we had an eye specialist appointment the following morning close to the hotel.

Excellent service!!. My husband and I have stayed at several different Mont Carlo Inn locations and they have all exceeded our expectations. Great service! Friendly staff! Super clean and comfy rooms!!. I have NO complaints about this Inn. I recommend it 10000%!!. We will, of course be back!.

Our stay was ok. The included breakfast was nothing special and it would have been nice to have to go cups for coffee instead of tiny tea cups. Our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The paid breakfast was not worth the money . There was lits of noise late at night due to hockey parents. Our stay was fine at most.

Didn't feel absolutely safe staying here and I'd never stay here again. Pay a smidge more for another end of town.

Although expensive, we found the bed in not so great…but when having our complimentary breakfast the two ladies working were trashing the third, and constantly complaining about her, then management…not the place or the time! Found it very distracting, and very unprofessional …

The hot breakfast was not worth the $8. The home style potatoes were dry and hard, and the eggs were terrible. Better off going to Tim Hortons next door for a farmer’s wrap. However the stay at the hotel was overall good.

Comfortable spot, but the water from the bathroom sink faucet was yellow. It was really gross. The hotel staff didn't warn me beforehand, but it's a very concerning public health problem.

Access was easy, parking was good, staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent. Because the elevator was broken, the receptionist upgraded my room and put me on the first floor. The continental breakfast was okay, but a full menu was available.

When we arrived, Police and EMS were at the hotel dealing with an overdose. There was a person in the parking lot going from car to car checking doors to see if any were unlocked. The door to our room and others on our floor did not close behind you, you had to pull on them to make sure they were locked. We found this out after leaving the door unlocked for 4 hours unintentionally. The breakfast was gross. We would not go back.

I had very bad experience with this hotel… the room smells really bad … bedsheets have stains on that … floors were not cleaned properly…
