When we arrived they did not have the room we reserved for us and they told us we can get a much smaller room with the same view and get a $120 cruder per night even though when I reserved the room the difference between the suit we reserve and the one they want it to give us was over $300 per day
Anyway they gave us another room as big as ours but not the same view, we still were ok with with it but over all the hotel had a very bad service was not 5 star and the food in the restaurant was very bad they didn’t even have a gift shop or a coffee shop the location was ok but for the price u pay I definitely recommend to get the Hilton next door because it’s no difference at all I would never stay at this property again and don’t recommend it all

Location is great, the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The rates are a little bit high for what you get and there are fees for everything. The pool was almost empty and you get charged if you want to use certain pool beds.

Your at a Waldorf property. Everything is perfect every time. Staff is top notch. Food ,pool was " your at the Waldorf". We had a perfect time! See you again

We loved the hotel. It was clean, room was spacious and food was great.
My only issue was when we ordered room service and found a small cockroach on the table cloth. We contacted room service and was refunded for the meal.

I recommend that the hotel make a better link with the parks for transportation to and from the parks.
The inconvenience is enough to stop me from staying there again.

We stayed in one of the suites and it was incredible! Turn down service was included. Gorgeous hotel with great dining and amenities. We will be back!

Very clean and beautiful hotel, excellent service, kind agents, really nothing wrong to say about it.
Excellent food, very nice amenities, all personnel were kind, absolutely ALL the persons at Waldorf Astoria were helpful, kind, and very professional.
This is definitely a place we will consider in Orlando to come back again for a very pleasant time !

Parking fees are pricey and parking can be frustrating especially when a conference is taking place. There was a conference on 8/10 and we couldn't leave to go anywhere because we wouldn't be able to find parking when we got back.
