The staff is very racist if you are white you are ok, I am Latino and they made sure to let me know. I don’t recommend this hotel because of their racist staff

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days on a B &B basis there. Beautifully maintained and well run with delightful staff. Our junior suite was spacious and elegant. Right on beach and near shops, restaurants. But; on arrival we were transferred to much less elegant hotel down the road for first night as Palace did not have room available; Palace hotel’s own private beach costs between 50 and 100 euros per day (depending on distance from sea) for two chairs and umbrella; and only one dinner venue at fixed price of 70 euros per head for 4 course meal.
Shame about these -otherwise a lovely hotel and town to stay at.

The Hotel Palace was much more than we expected. It is beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful with directions, restaurants, securing a guide for us in Ravenna. It is in a great location, easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach.
